Privacy Policy
Last Updated: February 4, 2025
This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the types of personal information that Tailor AI, Inc. (“Tailor AI,” “we,” “our,” and/or “us”) collects, uses, and discloses from individuals (“you” or “your”) who use our website (including tailorhq.ai), apps and services that link to this Privacy Policy (our “Services”).
This Privacy Policy does not apply to personal information that we process on behalf of our businesscustomers when we provide our Services to them. Such personal information use is governed by our agreements with our business customers, and our business customers are responsible for your personal information. When we process personal information on behalf of our business customers, we do so in a pseudonymous or, where possible, anonymous manner in accordance with applicable law. By default, we generate a completely random user id for each business customer end-user. If our customer provides a user id, we apply a one-way hash to it on the customer side before transmission, so that no directly identifiable information is stored or processed. We only process personal information on behalf of our business customers where required, in line with the data minimization principle. Please contact our business customers if you have any questions or concerns about the personal information that we process on their behalf.
As used in this Privacy Policy, “personal information” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. By using our Services, you agree to the collection, use, disclosure, and procedures described in this Privacy Policy.
